At Table on Table, we make every effort to pack and protect your custom pieces securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
1. Processing Times
We process and prepare orders within 2 to 5 business days, except for custom products, special collections, or made-to-order pieces, for which the estimated handmade production time will be provided to you individually at the time of purchase.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the recipient's location:
* United States: 2 to 7 business days after leaving our workshop and being handed over to the courier service.
* Custom or Made-to-Order items: Total delivery time will be communicated individually based on the complexity of the piece.
3. Limitation of Liability for Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the selected courier service, customs holds, extreme weather conditions, postal strikes, or force majeure events outside of our direct control.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
It is the sole and total responsibility of the customer to provide a correct, complete, and secure delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors or omissions provided by the user during checkout. Any additional costs for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
