Return and Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days following the delivery of your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility Conditions for Returns:
• The product must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging, including all protective materials necessary to prevent damage during return transit.
• The customer must provide proof of purchase or the order number.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items.
• Items on sale, clearance, or purchased with a discount.
• Products damaged due to misuse, drops, moisture, or improper handling by the customer.
• Natural variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to handmade resin and wood pieces.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Shipping Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your shipment arrives damaged by the courier or features a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the first 48 hours following delivery by emailing us with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs showing the condition of the product and the exterior packaging/box.
3. A brief description of the issue.
We will evaluate each case individually. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund as applicable, at no additional shipping cost to you.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop:
• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Final processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package if it is lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, the order will have already entered the handmade production phase or shipping preparation, and cancellations can no longer be made.
4. Handmade Product Policy and Color Variation
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our collections:
• Each piece may feature slight variations in color, pattern, wood grain, or finish. These characteristics make every creation a unique and exclusive work of art, and they are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Real Color Notice: Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. These variations are due to professional studio lighting during photography, the natural characteristics of the materials (such as wood or resin), and the color calibration of your phone or computer screen.
5. Shipping Policy
Processing Times
We process and prepare orders within 2 to 5 business days, except for custom products, special collections, or made-to-order pieces, for which the estimated production time will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location:
• United States: 2 to 7 business days after leaving our workshop.
• Custom Orders: Total delivery time will be communicated individually.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier service, customs holds, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct, complete, and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user at checkout.
